All want more. Business want to provide less in more money and customer want more in less money. 

You can get the best if you pay desired / sufficient to service provider.

You can not get best at low / reduced rates.

If you want the best, be ready to pay the best.

• All roads in various colonies are bad, dirty. Only simple brooming can NOT clear all. You should appoint special clearing agency who should, once in a week, should remove all from all roads.
• Allow all citizen to express, to tell. Any / various letter, message from all should be accepted free of cost at all Govt. offices (bank, police station, post office etc.). You should utilise the energy of common man. Common man can tell a lot.
• Do NOT force helmet, seat belt etc. to drivers. Use of helmet, seat belt etc. is connected to PERSONAL safety and you should NOT peep into personal safety.
• Registration of all business / manufacturing / profession / trade should be compulsory. There should be no current account in any bank without registration of firm etc. 
• You force Janta to produce copies, photos etc. attested by Gazetted Officer but no GO is available for attestation. None GO is free / ready to attest documents of Janta. You can appoint GO specially for attestation. You can put board in Bank / Hospital / Police Station / Post Office / School etc. that so and so in room no. so and so will attest all documents of Janta.
• केंद्र सर्कार ने खाने की कई चीजें, आइटम, तेल आदि खुला बेचना मना कर रखा है. ऐसा जनहित में किया गया है पर यह १ गलत निर्णय है. हरेक को हर सामान बेचने की आजादी होनी चाहिए. अगर कोई गलत बेचता है उसे दंड दिया जा सकता है. हर खुला सामान गलत, गन्दा, खतरनाक आदि नहीं होता. हर पैक्ड सामान १००% सुरक्षित नहीं होता. पैक्ड सामान में आज तक हजारों गलतियाँ हो चुकी है. नामी व्यापारी कोई भी सामान, खुला या पैक बढिया ही बेचेगा.  आज भी सिर्फ डेल्ही में हजारों जगह खुला घटिया तैयार खाना खुले में, गंदगी में, नाले के पास सरे आम बिक रहा है. सरसों का तेल खुला बेचना अपराध है तो घटिया तेल में बने घटिया भठूरे क्या है.
  

A lot of roads are dirty. You say: Janta is dirty, Janta should behave properly.

Janta is surely bad, careless, dirty, foolish etc. but your role is to remove dirt etc. due to foolishness of others. If Janta is clean, there will be NO need of you.

MCD - you have foolishly divided Delhi in various categories. You can charging property tax on the basis of category. As you are getting less tax in low category, you are giving less facilities in these areas. Who allowed you to provide less facilities in these colonies. You should be fair to all. You should must provide best services in all areas. You can charge best from all to provide best. You may charge less but you are not authorised to provide less in any area. Correct this foolishness immediately.

Please STOP complaints and START action on complaints.

When we visit any private hospital etc. we take some dirt with us. None make complaint of our dirt. They SIMPLY clean all floor again AND again to remove dirt by visitors.
